We offer two types of Services for Businesses, firstly, the fully inclusive business IT support package is our most rewarding agreement.
This service is ideal for any size of business that requires no-hassle IT support that does everything you need and more. We effectively are your Virtual IT Manager. With a fixed cost and no nasty hidden surprises we include all on-site and remote support as standard!
We include 24/7 Monitoring on servers, out of hours contacts, budget reviews and regular meetings.
The second type of service is the ad-hoc service. All services are charged by the hour.
We also offer the one-time remote support service – for those people who just would like one thing resolved – that other IT Support Providers just cannot conquer.
