Thomas recently joined us to learn the ropes of an Installation Engineer. He loves tech and always is happy to help with computer or tablet repairs.

Valerie has joined us from another school recently, they completed their apprenticeship and are settling into the role well.

Terry Dunham

Terry joins our helpdesk with 12 years experience in the insurance industry from the front end of testing and is looking forward to seeing how the back end links up to the front end of customer usability. In his spare time you will find him in the pub playing darts 3 nights a week with his sons. When he is not not playing darts he is playing taxi around the SE of England taking his boys to play county matches.

Rory Minns

During my working day I like to do zoomies around the office, offer therapy support to staff when needed and eat their snacks when they are not looking. I like to say hello to everyone in The Glenmore Centre on my way in each morning. In my spare time, I enjoy pink unicorn toys, frizbee and bin raiding.

Kai Knibbs

Kai has been with us for some time, he joined us from a large secondary school and is a great asset to the team. Kai performs the 2nd line role for the team and works with the IT Team Leader to help customers get the best out of their ICT.

Kai is certified with all things Watchguard, specialising in fireboxes.

Isabel Cook

Isabel has recently completed her Business Administration Apprenticeship with us. On completion of this Isabel is working alongside the Office Manager and Finance Officer to suppoprt them with various tasks. In her spare time she likes socialising with friends and looking after her horse Woody and taking him out for rides.
